Options Program

Homeless Prevention for Low-Income Households Options was initially launched at the onset of the pandemic to provide financial assistance and stabilization services to those impacted by Covid 19. Through intensive case management, support and access to educational components, clients of this program are guided to address various factors of instability with the goal of maintaining housing. The Options Program is dependent on current funding availability and typically has a waitlist.

Eligibility requirements can change depending on funding however, generally, participants of the Options Program must be in permanent housing, at risk of eviction, experiencing a verifiable hardship, low income and be willing to allow staff to coordinate directly with their landlord.
