Transitional Housing for Homeless Families

Families live in furnished units for up to 24 months while addressing the issues that lead them to homelessness. There are 12 apartments with a mixture of 2- and 3-bedroom units. This program has been successful because of the loving support and holistic case management provided to each household.

Each family gets to:
*Be held accountable by onsite staff
*Meet weekly with a case manager and engage in a holistic, individualized case plan
*Utilize our “Transitions” Youth Services
*Have access to onsite counseling
*Attend parenting classes, skill building workshops and special events
*Make payments on their deposit, work to build a positive rental history & resolve credit issues
*Take the furniture and other provided items upon completion of the program
